For Hula partners with global merchants and works very closely in order to provide you with the absolute best prices you will find anywhere. 

Our partners are located throughout different parts of the world.  Our unique business model and established relationships with our global partners have given us access to items at phenomenally low prices and we pass these steep discounts we have earned along to you - our valued customer.

Because we ship directly from our partners' facilities from various countries throughout the world, your purchase(s) may take 3-5 weeks to arrive. In most cases tracking numbers are provided to follow your item to your door.  Rest assured you're in good hands and all of your purchases with us are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee.  

  • How much is shipping?
    • This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to. 

  • How long does it take for an order to arrive?
    • This depends on the product ordered.  Most items will arrive in about 3-5 weeks. If you're still not sure, just email us.  We're happy to help.
  • Can I have a tracking number?
    • Most orders are provided a tracking number, however a few of our global suppliers do not provide tracking numbers but we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee if you are having a problem with your order.
    • I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
      • We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way :)
    • Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
      • Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email information incorrectly. Throughout the process we send 3-4 emails, including an order conformation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice.

        If you believe you may have entered your email incorrectly please contact us and we will fix it for you.
    • Are the "FREE" items really free?

      • YES! For our promotional items, all you have to pay is the shipping and handling cost. The price of the item itself is $0.00 :)
      • Your free plus shipping items are limited to 6 items per customer per transaction.
    • What is your refund policy?

      • We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.  Which means we will refund your money if you are for any reason not satisfied with your order. Simply return the unused item to us.  Once received, we will refund your purchase price to the method in which it was charged. Customer is responsible for any return fees. We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience.
